What a shock. Coach came by school in spring and he seemed to be doing better. Very sad to hear this. Kevin Sullivan was a class act.

Kevin will be greatly missed. I met Kevin in 1984 when I moved to the valley. His contributions to soccer in the east valley area are immense. He devoted his life to his family and to coaching youth soccer. Kevin was always ready to play or to coach. He really enjoyed all aspects of the game . Our only difference is that he loved the English teams while I followed the Spanish teams. It made it interesting while we watched the World Cups together. I will never forget all the good times we spent together. He was a neighbor and friend to our family. He stopped over a lot on his daily runs around the neighborhood. I will never forget my friend Kevin. Get some rest my friend. Now you’ll have a bird’s eye view of the world cup in South Africa next year. We love you Kevin.
